Shipping policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping is free for domestic orders within the United States.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that the customer supplied at checkout.
